2) HYPOTHESIS ---[Return home ]
The Ether is presently considered to be a perfect gas of classical and perfect (newtonian) particules of mass m =2.64 E(-40) kg and at the temperature of 2.7°K.
No force like the electromagnetic and gravitationnal ones exist between them, nor of any other sort. These forces will be properties of the sound-waves which compose matter (forces between waves).
That means that the kinetic energy of a particule is 1/2m.sq(v) and that there is no limit for the velocities when the rotations of the particules are not considered, nor any quantization.
The Maxwellian distribution law of the velocities in a perfect gas also shows it:
with n(v) the number of particules of velocity v in a volume of gas which contains N particules with a total kinetic energy (translatory motion) of E.
For v >c, n(v) may be > 1 when the volume of the gas is great enough and thus the speed of light may be exceeded by ether's particules speeds even if matter made of hypersound-waves in the gazeous ether is limitted to c (see below).
The mass of the ether particules has been chosen in order to match the velocity of the sound-waves in a perfect gas according to the approximate formula:
with k the Boltzmann constant and T the absolute temperature.
This formula may be tested on air with a weigthed mass average (nitrogen and oxygen) of 2.4.E(-26) kg and yields a velocity of 330 m/s at 25°C.
It is clear that the present theory is not able to say a lot of things on the particles which compose the gas, because the gas may be made for example of particules of different mass.
It is because our tools to make physics is made of sound-waves and thus they don't permit to know something about the medium in which they propagate.
But the goal is to show that the phenomenons we observe at our known particule scale may be understood by the use of a new sublevel of atomicity in which matter and energy (electromagnetic waves) appear only as properties of longitudinal sound-waves (called hypersound-waves) of very high frequency in the gazeous ether.
But this time, the step is different from the hypothesis of the classical Greece, because the electron is not divided into ether's particules.
For example, the electron at rest is made of hypersounds of frequency 1.23.E(+20)Hz with a nucleus of frozen ether. To see it, an animation program may be obtained free of any charge by E-mail in asking it at the following address:

The electromagnetic-waves are hypersound energy density waves and are a bit like a low frequency modulation on the high frequency hypersound carrier at1.23 E(+20) Hz.
The Maxwell's equations for vacuum are demonstrated as easily as the Pytagoras' theorem
The so-called " relativistic " phenomenon (like time dilation and length contraction) are easily understood as a simple consequence of the classical Doppler effect, but obviously within a new absolute ether's theory with the gazeous ether as the rest frame.
In the present cristal clear convincing theory, the " theory of relativity " appears immediately wrong and logically impossible. Thus the conclusion is that, nobody (including Einstein) has never understood the theory of relativity and, by chance, the lack of understanding is clearly explained here.
An other hypothesis is that the ether's particles have an angular classical speed with no limit , nor quantization, like it is the case for the translatory motion.
This hypothesis is a neccessity in order to understand why a charged particle may be attracted or pushed aside by an other one.
In this case the Maxwellian distribution law above is not valid and will be modified (I work on it)
New investigations tend to lead also to the conclusion that the ratio of the volumic mass of frozen ether to the volumic mass of ether is 1.64. This hypothesis is used to demonstrate directly the mass-energy relation E=m.sq(c) in the rest frame.
Finally the ether is considered as a non-linear medium in which the hypersound-wave energy is able to slow down the velocity of the waves. This hypothesis leads to a very convincing gravity theory (with the first worlwide explanation of the gravity force!) in agreement with all the known " relativistic " phenomenons (like gravitationnal red-shift) and which permits also to solve the Olbers' paradox, to account of the red-shift of far galaxies (Compton effect!) thus without the expansion's hypothesis, the so-called " microwave background " which is simply the noise of local ether, the missing mass of the Universe, the stability of the Universe, etc...
The present interesting theory (refused obviously by several publishers) has been sent to 20 Universtity's teachers in the field or personalities and especially to the Professors Ilya Prigogine (partial), Claude-Cohen Tannoudji, Georges Charpak , Pierre-Gilles de Gennes and Hubert Reeves ( only in Europe because written in French).
I have only an slightly encouraging answer from Ilya Prigogine and a prejudice from Claude-Cohen Tannoudji that Einstein would be right . We'll see !
