NEW EXPERIMENTS TO DETECT THE ETHER-WIND.

Experiment 1 (aborted).

The experiment has been aborted due to an attenuation problem in one type of coaxial cable. The output signal at 9.192 Ghz was too weak and the direct coupling between input parts and output parts of the cable too strong, even with an additional shielding.

Experiment 2 (performed 9 january 1999).

Cable theory of experiment 1 is used (to read).

The frequency has been decreased to 1 Ghz and the attenuation problem solved.

A different setup has also been used.

Unfortunately the result is fully negative: no phase shift.

Thus I seach a theoretical explanation and have hope for experiment 3.

Experiment 3 (Under preparation).

As the frequency 1 Ghz may be responsible of the negative result of experiment 2, the experiment will be performed at 5 Mhz with a PLL trick.

Theory of experiment 1 is also used.

EXPERIMENT 4 , POSITIVE RESULT, (performed 20/08/99).

It is travelling wave experiment, where the variations of the wavelength is directly measured as a consequence of the anisotropy of the light speed in vacuum.
