Thus, because it will be proved in an other chapter that the Planck's constant is constant in gravity, this equation means that the internal frequency of the electron at rest changes according to the square root of: .

Thus, if we admit that the spectral lines of the hydrogen atom or the nuclear spectral lines of the Fe57 atom follow the same frequency variation as the internal frequency of the electron, that mean that at the top of the tower of 22.5 m, the resonance frequency of the Fe57 nucleus is blue-shifted of the fractional frequency offset: in full agreement with the Pound and Rebka result of (2.56 +-0.51).E(-15) who considered a red-shift of the photons.

According to the present theory, the light frequency or energy is not affected by gravity and thus the conclusion is that the black holes don't exist.

The only thing which may happen is a strong red-shift of the spectral lines on massive stars, like on the Quasars which are numerous in our galaxy.
