It is a Pound and Rebka type of experiment where the discrepancy with GR predictions is at the 10(-4) level.
According to the present theory, the absolute internal frequency of an electron in the moving frame is determined by the internal frequency at rest in gravity, that is to say, by
and by the time dilation phenomenon for the light velocity c(r) at the position r :
But this property of the electron is considering as existing also for the spectral transition used in the hydrogen maser launched up to an altitude of 10.000 km.
Thus at the apogee, the fractional frequency offset of the hydrogen maser relatively to the one on Earth is given by:
As this prediction is the same as in the one of the general theory of relativity, that means that the present theory is also confirmed for the gravity blue shift of the clocks at the 10(-4) level of precision like for GR.
